Sunday August 19

Long time no journaling and as I sit here typing I recognize my weightloss has stalled about the same time I stopped writing.  Wasn’t keeping a journal one of the experts suggestions for keeping you and me on track.  Well I will be back at it so we will see if it really helps.  I have just over 18 weeks left and as of today 57 pounds or just over 3 pounds a week to lose.  We shall see.  I started a 2 mile a day running process last week and started to feel better again.  Weight was coming off but this weekend killed me.  I have went up 4 pounds since Friday morning. 

Starting Monday I will go back to full food journaling.  I have lots of thoughts and most are guilty about what I have not done.  I will write the article for the week later this day and lay out more of my thoughts about the next 4 months.  See you tomorrow.

Gary is down 42 pounds.  He has greatly neglected his blog because we got out of the rhythm of school.  He will continue shortly.
