Tuesday Sept 25

Not a bad day.  Started out good but after work I went on an eating binge.  Started with healthy and then went to the chips.  Way over.  Dinner was the same way.  4 tacos instead of 2 I planned on having.  Went to watch TV and relax.  At one point the “Biggest Loser” show was on and I watched people a lot bigger than me work hard but only loose 2, 3, and 5 pounds  for the week.  Somehow this got me off the couch and on the treadmill.  Went for an hour straight of fast walking and running.  That was the most over by far.  Felt good and I was less annoyed of my let down from earlier with food.  Kind of works into the fitness tip of the week.  Had trouble, but didn’t quit.  Went back at it with a vengeance and turned out ok. 

Bkfst: Oatmeal, toast.  Snk: missed.  lunch Walleye sandwich  and fruit at Rockwoods.  Snk: Healthy instant hot-dish thing.  (home) peach, baked chips with salsa, and kettle chips.  Dinner: 4 tacos.  Snk:  protein dessert bar.
