United Way Chili cook-off day. 62 different chili’s at the mall to raise money for the United Way. Fun and I was one of many judges. My group tasted (about one spoonful) of 20 chili’s. Not the best thing for a guy trying to lose 100 but a fun day just the same.
Bkfst: 2 eggs toast. Snk: missed as I know about the chili. Lunch: lots of Chili samples. Snk: healthly Check mix. Dinner: hamburger, couscous, and broccoli, and fruit. Ev: snk protein desert bar, and (this was extra, some potato chips). I think the extra was brought on by emotional eating out of an irritation I had during the work day, that was still annoying me.
Ex: end of the day as I was busy. 34min treadmill variable paces. (run, jog, walk, etc)
