Fast day that at helped not to overeat. Busy at times can be good.
Bkfst: 2 eggs, grapenuts. Snk: Coffee?. Lunch: 2 cookies from Bremer bank, I arrived late at Sertoma Lunch so I missed out. then on the work trail again, so I grabbed 2 cookies. Snk: a mix of Yogurt, cottage cheese, with protein powder, (a healthy snk I have in the work frig.) Dinner: Healthy prepared frozen meal, with some spaghetti my kids had. Snk: protein desert bar, handful of Cheerios. Lots of water again.
Ex: 20 stair-stepper, weights, 20 elliptical.
