Today is for some reason a down day. I felt like I did the work to see more pounds come off, but only 2 for the week. Now I need to refocus and get back at it. For those of you who loose weight or have tried, you know how days like this make you think about quitting. But we must continue. It is really about the long term and setbacks are forgotten when the next success occurs.
Bkfst: eggs, toast. Snk: missed. Lunch buffalo chicken sandwich and mashed potatoes at Poncho’s. Snk: missed. Dinner: 1 pieces Roasted chicken, salad at a meeting. Snk: When I finally got home; 4 pieces of pizza, peach, some pineapple, plum.
Ex: 20 min treadmill AM, 34 minutes treadmill PM.
