Been awhile and as before when I don’t journal the progress is less than it should have been. With only 45 days left I need to not have bad epidsodes, but I did Monday. It still happens when I feel ill or stressed (and not flu) that I tend to over eat. Or at least have something I did not plan to have. Plus, I typically don’t workout.
Bkfst: Yogurt, 1 egg, 1/2c milk, some fruit. Snk: Protein shake. Lunch: Poncho’s soup, some chips. Snk: vegetable juice. Dinner: yogurt, Protein drink, fruit, vegatables: Snk: Ice cream???
