Sunday Nov 11

The last few weeks I have went far away from what I started this program doing.  I guess it was some desperation type eating changes.  I felt if I eat less, or almost just “fast” the weight will come off so we can make it.  I found that a few pounds came off quicker but then back to level. Panic had surely set in.  Now I am back to the 6 meals reasonable calories, the “right” foods and it is coming off again.  I think the reason it is coming off better now than even in the beginning is I am not cheating at all.  We will see.  Today I am back to thinking we just might make it.

Bkfst: 2 eggs. Snk: latte. Lunch Chicken dinner. Snk Yogurt/garnola. Dinner: tia noodle combo.  Snk: protien chocolate moose.  No cheating all day.  Lots of water.
