A good day again. being back on a planned day is so much easier and better for me. It is not that I am on a diet but organized so I stay on task. I did substitute lunch with a friend at Ponchos over my prepared at home lunch. Then at Poncho’s I made good choices all while enjoying lunch.
Bkfst: 2 eggs. Snk: protein chocolate moose (oh so good). Lunch: 1 enchillada, chicken and just a few chips at Poncho’s. Snk: protein drink. Dinner: chicken, some pasta, some carrots. Snk: leftover chicken and pasta. Lots of water
Ex: 20 min stairstepper, weights, 5 miles treadmill
